According to the recent announcement of the Ministry of Education, the teacher team of the Hotel Management and Digital Operation major in our school successfully passed the acceptance inspection and was successfully selected into the second batch of national vocational education teacher teaching innovation teams.
Since the teacher team of the Hotel Management and Digital Operation major was approved as the construction unit of the second batch of national vocational education teacher teaching innovation teams in 2021, aiming to build a new benchmark for national innovation teams in the field of hotel vocational education, it has innovated the Post Ability Progressive modular curriculum system and formed the team construction mode of three-in-one, leading by the top talents, project-driven and on-site training, thus creating a high-level and structured national-level team.

Won 3 second prizes of the National Teaching Achievement Awards; 2 teachers have been named as Shandong Provincial Outstanding Teachers, 1 teacher has won the Shandong Provincial May 1st Labor Medal, and 3 teachers have been named as Shandong Provincial Technical Experts;
3 projects of the Ministry of Education's humanities and social science topics and community research topics have been established;
Won 2 second and third prizes in the National Teaching Competence Competition, established 2 national high-quality online courses and 2 textbooks included in the 14th Five-Year Plan, and hosted 3 World and National Vocational College Skills Competitions;
Taken the lead in establishing the National Modern Accommodation Industry and Hotel Industry Integration Community of Production and Education;
The major has ranked first among similar majors in national higher vocational colleges in the Golden Apple ranking for five consecutive years.
The team's construction experience has been promoted to more than 70 colleges and universities inside and outside the province and has been widely reported by authoritative media such as China Central Television and Guangming Daily.
